I was very impressed! It was great because the time of year wasn’t the best time to sell. We sold it right before Thanksgiving. We even had a signed back up offer. Cindy did make recommendations that we should do to our house. We did the non major items, but didn’t do the major items and still got two offers. Mirna was great to work with when we were purchasing as well. Mirna was prepared and did research on the properties prior to visits. I would totally recommend this team! They were great.
